If you look in Task Manager and right click the DrWatson.exe process you will find that you cannot "Set Priority" to a different level than "Normal", however if you change the NTVDM.exe processes priority it will also change the child processes priority. Not sure where they are getting the caption from,

How to terminate ntvdm.exe?
When I look at the Task Manager, I find that my NTVDM.EXE is using almost all available processing time (97-99%). I thought that a service pack upgrade would solve this problem since the NTVDM.EXE file would be replaced. But it did not. Does anyone know a solution to this problem short of reinstalling NT?
